Starting November 2017, Trail Run Manitoba will be offering individualized coaching services. Dwayne Sandall brings nearly 15 years of experience helping athletes of all levels to succeed in smashing their goals. While his focus will be on trail and ultra runners, all runners can benefit from his workouts.
The first step is a questionnaire to identify your goals, your history and what makes you tick. From there we develop your overall plan. This plan is then developed into specific training schedules every two weeks. The two week plans will be adjusted according to your feedback and your life.
